Digital Cameras are FunWell, I currently got a hold of the digital camera I'll be using in Japan. It's actually my family's camera--they're giving it to me so they can get a new shiny one. It annoys me quite a bit--lousy manual settings, only 3.2 megapixels--but I'm getting to use it for free, so I can't complain. ^_^ I took it with me to classes today and had a lot of fun taking pics as I walked around. A lot of them stunk, but that's what the erase button is for! Bwahahaha. So, at least for a little while, I'll be posting pics up here. I live on campus, so guess what these first shots are going to be of. -_^ Our campus is very... distinctive. Edward Durell Stone designed it, and he is considered a second-rate modernist at best. The whole place screams 1960's. There are lots of "obvious" shots, and I'm getting all of those out of the way so my mind can move on to more interesting compositions. So bear with my skills for now. Oh! Also bear with the quality--3.2 megapixels plus Stone's vertical lines equals mud when I'm limited to a little over 500 pixels width. If anyone ever wants a hq version drop me a line and I'll send one your way. Eeeep, that was a long way of saying I'm posting a picture! Without any further ado, here it is: :: Kazen @ Always Doing 6:36 PM [+] :: :: ... 0 comments
