It's Been Way Too Long
But that's what school will do to you, you know? Well, at least my quarter class is over, which is nice. I keep on setting the date on which I'll reclaim my life, but it keeps on getting pushed back. When will my life be mine?
This weekend is a step in the right direction--today, Saturday, is completely for me. I'm going to spend a lot of time online doing nothing, watching anime, and chilling out. I should do Japanese homework and memorize stuff, too... but only after I get my fun fill. ^_^
The Rats lost last night--boo!!! We need to win as many of our games as we can to get into the playoffs. After the last two years it's amazing we're even *fighting* for the playoffs... and I'll take everything I can get.
Great news (you've probably heard it already, I love telling anyone who will listen)--I'm in the orchestra for our school production of Hair! I'm a flute player by trade but this production will feature my percussion debut. I get to play all the cool percussion--marimba, tambourine, congo drums, bell tree, and so on. If the Rats get into the playoffs I may miss a couple of games due to the play, as I can't miss a production under penalty of death. It'd stink, but I'd bring my walkman to the pit with me so I can check the score during intermission. ^_^
I'm going to try to update more often... maybe a couple more times today, even to make up for things. Here's hoping!
